1.  We would need 5-7 working days to ship the jacket after we successfully obtain your payment from PayPal or direct Debit / Credit Card.

2.  The jacket confirmation, the availability and tracking information will be mailed via email.

3.  We are very much well-known with the protection and hence, we make use of services like international couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS, to reassure prompt deliveries.

4.  We suggest you to NEVER provide us with your PO Box/APO/FPO addresses. We require a physical address for the shipment.

5. Tax & Custom charges are beyond our control. customers are advised to check with there local office for any tax/custom charges. These charges  are normally collected by the shipping company or you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
